What does shipping cost?
$6.95 flat — our actual carrier cost — and free on orders of $34.99 or more. Every kit ships free on its own, and any two items together clear the threshold. No codes, no surprises at checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Within 8 days, and usually sooner. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment it goes out.
How long until it arrives?
Once it's shipped, most orders reach you within about a week. A few items ship from further afield and take longer. If you need something by a specific date, email support@thewagcart.com before you order and we'll tell you straight which kind it is.
Where do you ship from?
We're a curated reseller — we don't hold our own stock. We choose the products and our supplier partners ship them directly to you. We currently deliver within the United States only.
My tracking hasn't updated.
Carrier scans sometimes lag a day or two, especially over weekends, and longer-haul shipments can go quiet for several days between scans. If it's been more than five business days with no movement, email support@thewagcart.com and we'll chase it down for you.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from the day it arrives. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with tags. Email support@thewagcart.com to start a return and we'll send you a label and instructions.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us right away with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — you won't need to argue about it.
How long until I see my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Can I exchange something?
The fastest route is to return the item and place a new order for the one you want. Exchanges processed as swaps take longer.
Kits & discounts
How do the kits work?
Each kit is a single product built from items we also sell separately — the kit price is 19–25% below what the parts cost on their own, and every kit ships free. The exact saving is shown right on the kit page.
Can I stack a promo code on a kit?
No — the kit price is its own deal, so promo codes don't stack on top of it. Use whichever saves you more.
Do you have a first-order discount?
Yes. Code WAG15 takes 15% off — it's the same code we share on our socials.
Products
How do I know I'm getting a fair price?
We price-check against the major retailers before listing. If we can't sell something at a price that's fair to you, we don't list it — we've pulled products for exactly that reason. You'll also notice we don't run fake “compare at” prices with a line through them. Our price is our price.
Will this fit my dog / cat?
Dimensions and weight ranges are on every product page. If you're between sizes or not sure, email support@thewagcart.com with your pet's weight and measurements and we'll tell you straight — including if the answer is that nothing we carry is right for them.
Why don't you have reviews on your products?
Because we're new and we're not going to fake them. When real buyers start leaving reviews, you'll see them.
